Nestled between the mountains to the rear (Mount Bekker) and grasslands to the front at an altitude of 1200m above sea level, you'll enjoy the wonderful view and beautiful fauna and flora of the South African Lowveld. You can enjoy a sundowner on our pool deck or in our vibrant bar. Take a leisurely stroll while you observe the Zebra, Bluewildebeest, Blesbok, Impalas, numerous small mammals and our great variety of bird species. Or if you are more adventurous, you might want to hike up the bushy mountain slopes where the more elusive Nyala, Kudu, Bushbuck, Duiker and Klipspringer may be sighted.
Klipspringer lodge has 14 spacious on-suite double rooms, some having extra single beds to cater for children, all rooms have Satellite TV facilities. Bed and breakfast is available and we have a Restaurant that has both an Al a carte and bar meal menu serving lunch and dinner. We also have a large conference / Wedding venue that can accommodate 60 people, with an overhead projection and microphone system.
The Lowveld is famed for its varied and beautiful birds and assistance can be arranged for birding and wildlife excursions. Although the lodge enjoys the tranquil atmosphere of the countryside, the City of Nelspruit is only 12km away offering a great variety of shopping centres, Cinemas, Restaurants and Casino for those that enjoy the nightlife.
Wedding Venue: We cater for small intimate bush weddings of between 40-60 guests. Couples can choose from our packages available to suite their budget or schedule a consultation with Monique Meyer @0718902020 to discuss your specific needs.
Conference Venue: Our Functions Hall has all the facilities required, such as overhead projector, microphone and amplified sound system and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Refreshments as well as lunches and Dinners are available on request.
